    Good place with its free wi-fi, in-room dining, and relaxing mineral baths. I remember the staff helped me find a local taxi during my first stay. Highly recommend dining in your room!

    the hotel was an easy base for enjoying a very nice area, close enough to the mountains, gora kadan and a private garden. the stuff where helpful, the location was nice. it was surely an amazing stay of great service during our stay.

    great experience with minor seating issues

    The Japanese-style room with an open-air bath provided a unique and intimate atmosphere. The views of the surrounding mountains while soaking in the onsen were amazing. The kindness of the staff.

    The limited seating in the common areas felt uncomfortable during peak times.

    That hotel was beautiful, the rooms were extraordinary and beds were exceptionally comfortable. It took me 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop. Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Hakone.

    This place is a decent match for a weekend getaway in Hakone with excellent value for money. The staff were accommodating, making check-in a pleasant experience. Make sure to arrive hungry as dinner takes a while to serve!
